This site is owned by the Cunning History Teacher. Unless otherwise stated, all material, together with its arrangement, is the property of the Cunning History Teacher. As such, it is protected by copyright and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property.

All material on the site is the copyright of the Cunning History Teacher and must not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcasted, or transmitted in any way, except for use by the subscriber for the period of the subscription.

You must not use the resources for any purpose other than your own personal, non-commercial use.

If you believe that any material on this website infringes any copyright that you own or control, please notify our legal department.

 

Subscriber agreement

The Free Subscription entitled subscribers access to 3 teaching and learning resources from the Free History Lessons page. Monthly subscribers are entitled to up to 15 teaching and learning resources of their choice from any topic on the website within the paid monthly period. If less than 15 resources are downloaded within the paid monthly period, they will not be rolled over to the next month. The Teacher subscription entitles subscribers access to the site for one year from the time of payment. The School subscription entitles up to 3 teachers access to the site for one year from the time of payment. 

Each user has a unique username and password which allows them to be logged on to one computer at a time. Passwords are for the exclusive use of subscribers. Any evidence that passwords have been circulated to other people will result in your subscription being permanently blocked from the site without a refund. Legal action may be taken against the original subscriber of the password that was shared.

 

Data Protection Policy

All information relevant to subscriptions and users is stored on a private server in Iowa (USA). This server uses encryption and conforms to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not store credit card information. We do not sell or share any information from our users with third parties. We do not engage in any profiling or automated decision-making. Users can exercise their right of access, rectification, and erasure by contacting us directly. Subscribers can request the deletion of data at any time via our contact form.

User activity data is kept while the account is active but it can be deleted at any time if requested.

In the unlikely event of a data security breach, all relevant customers will immediately be notified. (Please contact us if you suspect any such breach.)
